ALL THE INFO YOU NEED

To say we go on a journey is underselling it. Throughout the script writing process I basically become the third person in your relationship (soz) and get to know you in such an insane level of detail that you feel genuinely at ease having me at the the helm of the biggest day of your life.

I come into this process as a stranger and leave feeling like a friend, and my absolute favourite thing that happens after every single ceremony is guests approaching me to chat and assuming I’ve known the newly weds for years. JOB. DONE.

THE PROCESS

IT’S A MATCH!

Everything starts with a no-obligation Zoom call where we can get to know each other and get a feel for the vibe of your day. If you decide I’m right for you, a 50% deposit secures your date and I am officially yours!


Four months before the wedding we’ll kick things off with a detailed questionnaire. You will both fill these out separately so I can get an in-depth insight into your relationship from both of your unique perspectives.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

Once I have received the completed questionnaires I will get cracking on the script, bringing your story to life and drafting your dream ceremony! With the first draft of the script almost ready to go, we’ll meet up IRL and do a deep dive into your story, ceremony logistics, and explore the ways in which we can make your wedding truly unique to *you*.

I will send you the finished first draft, and from this point on the process becomes a truly collaborative event. You will have final say over what is said, and how it is being said, so there are no nasty surprises on the day!

03.

THE FINISHING TOUCHES

As important as it is that you have ownership over your ceremony, it’s also important that you get some lovely pockets of joy. Approx. 20% of the script will be kept a secret from you so you hear it for the first time on the day, and trust me, it’s the stuff that will really tug at the heart strings…

We will aim to get everything completed one month before the big day, so you can forget about the ceremony entirely, knowing that it is in my capable hands.

ON THE DAY

I am that friendly face and calming presence at the end of the aisle; the person you have absolute faith in delivering the most kick-ass, moving, funny, memorable, and deeply personal ceremony. I’ve been training for this my whole life, with my years working backstage in the West End, being the person at the helm of high stakes, high stress situations, and having to remain calm on the surface even while the show may literally be crumbling around me.

My ultimate goal is to make the whole process as stress-free as possible for you from start to finish, and for you to know that you are in such safe hands that you can almost forget about the ceremony until you are standing there on the day, with teary eyes and beaming smiles.

I get to know you both crazy well and create a bespoke and unique ceremony script that is all about YOU. I can help you to choose symbolic elements, readings, and ways to include your friends and family before working these into your script. Perfect for people who want a friend or family member to conduct their ceremony but have no idea how to curate one. Please note this is for the script only, I will not be delivering the ceremony on the day or helping to plan logistics such as music, entrances, guest involvement etc.

Everything included in the  VIP Ceremony package but I stay on for the rest of your day as the MC, keeping the vibes flowing from your very first entrance into the ceremony all the way through to your first dance and the party. I will work alongside the venue making sure the entire day runs smoothly, ushering guests from space to space, hosting games, problem solving on the fly, and the whole time making sure not a single question or issue falls on your shoulders. Perfect for people who want to let loose and party the day away knowing a trusted person is at the helm.

MC SERVICES

Staying up until the first dance and the party has well and truly started; herding guests from space to space throughout the day; announcing your arrival to dinner and introducing speeches, cake cutting and first dance; liaising with venue staff to ensure the smooth turn around of multi-use spaces; working with the photographer to organise group shots etc if needed; any extras like hosting party games during dinner, or even helping to organise surprise performances and appearances!

TRAVEL

Travel & accommodation to your wedding is included if within the M25. If your location is outside the M25 we’ll chat about travel and accommodation options at the time of booking.

GOT SOME

QUESTIONS

No, that’s the one and only thing I can’t offer you. I’m here for all the fun stuff, however a quick trip to your local registry office is needed to make things legal. This can be done either before or after your wedding ceremony, and is entirely up to you.

That is absolutely possible and something we can talk about. I am agnostic but appreciate and value a lot of faith based traditions and would be happy to work alongside you to find something that works for you and feels comfortable for me.

Anywhere from 20-45 minutes, and is entirely dependent on what elements you would like included.

Yes, absolutely! Literally anything is possible with an independent celebrant.

Yes, I am fully trained and certified with the Academy of Modern Celebrancy.
